The next drum circle will be hosted in Ryfoss (Innlandet Norway) on 20 November. Doors open at 18:45, we drum from 19:00 until 20:30. There are limited spots available, signup using the form below.

The drum circle is donation-based, give what feels right to you. Once your spot is confirmed, we will send you the address.

What is a drum circle?

Drum circles are one of the most ancient ways people gathered to connect with others, oneself and the power of music. And drumming is just great fun that brings a lot of joy, aliveness and energy.

In a drum circle, we sit in a circle! Each person has their own drum and together we explore the sounds, rhythms and benefits that come from playing together. During the session we do various practices along the topics of expressing, connecting and community.

No musical experience required. All ages are welcome.

Meet your hosts

The drum circle is hosted and led by Kristina and Yoeran. Kristina is a warm person who is an experienced soul guide and facilitator. Yoeran has been hitting the drums since he was 3 years old, is active as a drummer and a producer and has the gift to gather people.
